Dr. Olivier Aubert is a Nephrologist at the Department of Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation at Necker Hospital in Paris, France. He is currently assistant professor at the Paris Translational Research Center for Organ Transplantation. As a part of his PhD in biostatistics, he spent a one-year fellowship in the Alberta Transplant Applied Genomics Center, Edmonton, Canada with Dr. Philip Halloran. His research interest focuses on transplantation using kidneys from expanded criteria donors, antibody mediated rejection of kidney allografts and the relationship with graft histological lesions, molecular phenotype, and allograft outcome. His team developed a new approach of extremely well phenotyped cohorts that has been extended to heart and lung transplants.
